Heather and Matt and Evie – Blendon Woods portrait session

I hadn’t seen Heather and Matt since their wedding, so you can imagine how thrilled I was when Heather contacted me about photographing their family this fall. We spent some time at Blendon Woods, which, believe it or not, I’ve never visited before, and it was a great day with pretty color and lots of leaves on the ground to play with. Later, we went back to their house and played with the dog and cat. Too fun! Have a look.

McKenzie and Marc – Columbus Athenaeum wedding

A gorgeous and very warm October day was the setting for McKenzie and Marc’s lovely wedding at the Columbus Athenaeum, one of my very favorite local wedding venues. I started with McKenzie at their condo with family and friends, where Marc met us for a first look before heading to the park for photos and then to the ceremony. Such a vibrant, wonderful couple, and we had so much fun the entire time. McKenzie’s smile just absolutely lights up the room, and you can tell she was having the best day. Have a look.

Sara and Jason and Will and Ellie – Columbus Ohio portrait photographer

It’s that time of year again, when I see Sara and Jason and their adorable children, Will and Ellie. And pooch Millie, and this time Grandma and Uncle Jeremy too. We held our annual portrait session on the grounds of The Church at Mill Run, which has lots of beautiful trees, a lovely pond with a fountain, and a flock of ducks that Uncle Jeremy has trained to eat right out of his hand. It was incredible watching them jump up to eat a treat!

We had a blast. See for yourself.
